Abstract
In this study analyzed four variables of research price ,service quality, company image as independent variables that affect the dependent variable that is customer loyalty. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of the research and the hypothesis in this research is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables of price,service quality, company image to the dependent variable that is the customer loyalty of Prambanan express train. In this study the object taken is the train passengers Prambanan express. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study is 100 respondents who are passengers of Prambanan Express train. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression techniques and with statistical tools SPSS 22.0, based on the results of research and analysis of data generated regression equation: Y = 2,492 +0,149X1+0,526X2+0,196X3+ µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence partially between price to customer loyalty (t count = 2,073> t table = 1,984), quality of service to passenger satisfaction (t count = 8,687> t table = 1,984), company image to the customer loyalty of Prambanan Express (t count = 2,713> t table = 1.984) while the coefficient of determination to get the value of R square of 0.541 thus 54,1% customer service Prambanan Express explained by 3 variables, while the remaining 45,9% is the influence of other variables not included in this study.
