Abstract
The Optimalization of the Passage Plan on Board of KM. Freedom Owned by PT. Mentari Line and the Influence to the Safety Navigation on Narrow Channel Safety on a voyage is a condition where the safety requirements on waters, ports, and maritime environtment are met.. In order to meet the safety requirements and prevent accidents, every time a ship goes on a voyage, she must have a passage plan a ship must have a passage plan. Passage plan is the most important factor for knowing the danger of navigation that will emerge while sailing passage plan is very important on narrow channel and open water due to identifying potential problems or hazards along the voyage. The purpose of this study is to find out the optimilization of the passage plan on board of KM. Freedom owned by PT. Mentari Line and the influence to the safety navigation on narrow channel. The method of writing this study were the method of literature and field research that uses observation and interview techniques. The results of this study that optimilization of the passage plan on board of KM. Freedom owned by PT.
