Abstract
This research has a purpose to know the Influece Analysis of Location, Service, Facilities and Cost Factors on the Satisfaction of Motorized Vehicle Worthy Test Service Users in the Dishubkominfo of Batang Regency. This research was conducted at the Dishubkominfo of Batang District as a Population. Data collection was carried out through Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used is based on the results of multiple research and analysis with the help of SPSS V.22 program. Based on the results of multiple research and analysis the equation is produced: Y = -2,040 + 0,259X1 + 0,322X2 + 0,223X3 + 0,303X4 + μ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the satisfaction of vehicle worthy test users is the service variable with a regression coefficient of 0.322. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) obtained the results of 0.662 or 66.2%, which means that the satisfaction of users of motorized test worthy services at the Dishubkominfo of Batang Regency is influenced by the variable Location, Service, Facilities and Costs of 66.2% and other factors which affects the user satisfaction of the Batang District Dishubkominfo service is 33.8%. This the results of the study indicate that the location, service, facilities and costs have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of users of motorized test-worthy services of Dishubkominfo Batang Regency.
