Abstract

The Role of Distrik Navigasi Kelas II Semrang In Implementing Buoyage and Lighthouse System In Ensuring The Safest Route At Tanjung Emas Semarang Area For the sovereignty of the entire Indonesia sea area, the government is obliged to make regulation to enforce both against violation of the sea exploitation and to pressure and create the safety and security of a voyage, also the facilities from safety voyage such as navigational aids equipment. Distrik navigasi kelas II Semarang were build to assist uphold the government. The sovereignty of the sea and it’s role was to determine the safest voyage route and all the infrastructures. Such as installation, maintenance, repair and replacement. The purpose of this study was to know the role of Distrik Navigasi Kelas II Semarang in implementing the buoyage and lighthouse system in ensuring the safest route at Tanjung Emas Semarang area. The data collection method used were research field research methode using observation technique, interview technique, also study library method. The result of this study is has been as regulated by the government in accordance with Safety Of Life At Sea (SOLAS) and using Standard Operasional Procedure (SOP).
