Abstract
Tacking of Food Putrefaction In Reefer Container at MV. Segoro Mas On loading and unloading at the Port of Malahayati Aceh MV. Segoro Mas is container ship that use to load refeer container for food cargo. There is obstacles occur on the process of loading cargo, it makes the process can’t optimize. In this thesis, the writer will focus on the problems as below; how to handle the broken cargo on refeering container? what’s problem that occur when loading the food cargo at MV. Segoro Mas? What’s the solutions to solve the problems that occur when loading the food cargo on refeering container? The purpose of this research is to study about the right procedure of loading food cargo in reefer container, how to load cargo safely, efficiently, and effectively, so it can optimize the process. To study the detail of the problems that occur on the process of loading food cargo, and the solutions to solve that problems. This thesis is use the qualitative metode, the writer gets the data from collecting data, observation, interview, library, and documentation. From the result and the explanation of the research, the writer gets the conclusion that the optimization of process loading food cargo is depends on checking cargo activities intensively, checking document of cargo surely, good communication and coordination between all crew, so the process of loading cargo work efficient and effective.
