Abstract

The current logistics industry continues to increase resulting in competition among fellow logistics service providers increasingly stringent and competitive, each company seeks to be able to attract as many customers as well as maintain it so that the company can develop the business and can continue to compete in the intermediary between fellow logistics service providers. To be able to attract the interest of corporate management customers need to look at consumer behavior in the show when looking for, buy, use, and evaluate a product / service they expect can satisfy the needs, to be adjusted with marketing strategies that will be applied. The study aims to know and analyze Quality of Service Price Amenities how much to customer interest in EMKL PT. Adil Jaya Semarang. The number of samples in this study are as many as 95 respondents who are customers of logistic service users at EMKL PT. Adil Jaya Semarang. Based on multiple linear regression analysis obtained results Y = 0.297 + 0.192 X1, + 0.317 X2 + 0.374 X3 + μ. The result of partial test Quality of Service, Price, Amenities have positive and significant effect to customer interest. In tt prove with the result of comparison of t value arithmetic with t table and with comparison level significant 5% (0,05) where Quality of Service variable t count (2,075)> t table (1,98580) with significant level 0,041 <0,05, variable price t count (3,237)> t table (1,98580) with significant level 0,002 <0,05, variable of amenities t count (3,715)> t table (1,98580) with significant level 0,000 <0,05.
