Abstract
PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang is owned by the Government of Indonesia in the port services activities. There are ships services and cargoes at PT. Pelabuhan Indinesia III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang, the services are fulfilling all the ships requirements to be able to berth and leave the port and also the proses of loading and discharge of the cargoes. The purpose of this study is made to know the ship’s service system in PT. Pelabuhan Tanjung III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang and development services PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang. The method’s used in data collection on this study are Field Research includes Observation Method and Interview Method to know realization on the field same with planing in the PPSA (Pusat Pelayanan Satu Atap) or not. Documentation Method that is to know about documents needed on the process ships and goods services and Library Studies that is collecting data information from books which are related with material this papers. The result of this study is the ship service system of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesai III (Pesero) Branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang is good as status on port services, match with procedure system has ben assigned management PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang and there are have some point to incresh & development. Keywords : System, Treatment, Service, PT.
