Abstract
Optimization of Embarkation & Debarkation of the Content of KMP Prathita IV in Ketapang Port Effectively and Efficiently The Ketapang Gilimanuk crossing port is a crossing lane between Java and the island of Bali. MPR Decree No. II / MPR / 1993, stated that it is necessary to improve domestic national shipping capabilities so that a method is needed to determine the most optimal sea passenger transportation routes. PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry is a company that makes access to inter-island public transportation. The purpose of writing is to find out how the process and implementation of embarkation and debarkation of the contents of KMP Prathita IV in Ketapang Port. So, the method of agencies involved in the process of buckling and debarkation is to increase passenger services, and vehicles at the port of crossing Ketapang. The results achieved have been resolved by means of methods of implementing embarkation and debarkation optimization.
