Abstract

Customer loyalty dependent on three factors variable namely facilities given, the quality of services and the price set. Customer loyalty a size of entanglement customers services relating to quality to the service right-right perceived by customers, the purpose of this research to analyze influence between variables independent dependent on variables.With a population of all the number of passenger at po.Safari eka kapti and in extract samples from 100 respondents. To technique non-probability sampling type of sampling the quota, data collection use kuisioner, technique analysis the data used is a technique analysis of multiple regression covering the validity, reliability test, test the assumption classical, and the testing of hypotheses. The research there are the relation between variables free variable bound, the testing of hypotheses use test t show that all three variable free the facility ( X1 ), the quality of services ( X2 ), the price ( X3 ) subjects proven have had a positive impact and significant to affect variable bound namely factors customer loyalty, with facility ( X1 ) having the influence of the highest of on the variables of another in affect factors customer loyalty, the testing of hypotheses use test f that all three variable free simultaneously have had a positive impact and significant on variables factors customer loyalty, in test the coefficients determination ( R square ) the value adjust R square of 0,733 it means 73,3 % variation variable bound factors customer loyalty can be explained by variable free price, the quality of services, and facilities. While the rest those are 26.7 % explained by the another out variable the treatment. Keyword : Facility, Quality Service, Price And Customer Loyalty
