Abstract
PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company engaged in the port service activities of PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang to provide services for ships and goods starting from the groove of the berth , the process of loading and unloading goods from ships to lam port ships. In these services PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang uses an application system that matches its function hearing. The purpose of this work is used to find out how the ship service system in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang. The method used in data data in this paper is as a study that uses Observation Methods and Methods used to find out the truth in the field.
