Abstract

Fajar Triyadi Ramadhan, 2018. Thesis "The Influence of Service Quality, Facilities and Prices Against Satisfaction of Consumer Passenger Public Transportation Terminal Non Bus Lodoyo Blitar Regency. The formulation of the problem and hypothesis in this study aims to determine the influence or not of the variable Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2) and Price (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y). This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Objects taken in this study are Terminal & Passenger Facilities in Lodoyo Bus Terminal of Blitar Regency is 80 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires tested try with validity and reliability test in order to know how valid validity test results and to know the answer of the questionnaire question is consistent / stable what not. In this research technical data analysis used is multiple linear regression method by using tool program of SPSS version 23.0. Based on the T test or partial test known T count the Quality of Service (X1) variable equal to 1.348, T arithmetic variable Facility (X2) equal to 0,745 and T count variable price (X3) equal to 5,132. F test results known F arithmetic amounted to 86.687. Based on data analysis done on T test or can be said partial test, if from three variables are tested individually or satau per one show result that: 1 There is no influence of service quality to Satisfaction of Consumer Passenger Public Transportation Terminal Non Bus Lodoyo Kabupaten Blitar. 2 There is no effect of the Facility on the Satisfaction of Consumer Passengers Public Transportation Terminal Non Bus Lodoyo Blitar Regency. 3 There is the influence of the Public Transportation Passenger Satisfaction Facility of the Non-Bus Terminal Bus Terminal of Blitar Regency. Based on data analysis conducted on F test or simultaneous test, if from all three variables are tested together show the result that: There is Influence of Service Quality, Facilities and Price to Satisfaction of Public Passenger Transportation of Non Bus Bus Terminal. Based on the results of the coefficient of service quality variables, facilities and prices have an influence on customer satisfaction of 77.4% while the remaining 22.6% influenced by other variables outside the study.
