Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the service and handling of coal loading services PT. Arpeni Ocean Line Tbk. Jepara branch. There are a number of background problems that I have to solve, namely the process of loading and unloading, documents and related agencies in the loading, things that hinder loading and unloading activities. This shipping company is a company engaged in coal unloading services and cooperates with PT. PLN Persero. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how the process of unloading activities, documents and agencies that are related to the demolition. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely survey, questionnaire, observation, interview and analysis of documents and sources and types of data. The results of the discussion of this paper are the Services and Processing of Coal Unloading Services of PT. Arpeni Ocean Line Tbk. in the Special Port of Tanjung Jati B Jepara. The activity will run smoothly without obstacles if each party (Master Loading and Ship Crew) can communicate smoothly so that when making documents there is no error before printing.
