Abstract
Responsibility and Authority Of The Class Of I Tg. Emas Semarang On Annual Survey Ship Procedures Before and After Docking ( ON/OFF HIRE ) Ship Office of Port Authorities Tg. Emas Semarang is a service office engaged in the services of Marine, Shipping, Sea Transport and Non-Tax Revenues (PNBP) so that requires the full authority and responsibility of the KSOP Tg.Emas Semarang for Annual Survey procedure A Docking Ship. This paper aims to improve activities in the area of Office Kesyabandaran Tg. Emas Semarang so that the authors expect what has been set in the rules of service rules in office KSOP Tg. Emas Semarang is done well and in accordance with existing procedures. The author uses a survey method that is in the process of checking a document document that will be carried out docking. In these results can be explained the view of problems that arise and improve according to the procedures and objectives of the paper.
