Abstract
THE ROLE OF THE NAVIGATION CLASS I DISTRICT OF TANJUNG PINANG IN THE GROOVE CRUISE SURVEY IN AN EFFORT TO OPTIMIZATION OF CRUISE IN THE WATERS AND HARBORS OF SRI BINTAN PURA In the town of Tanjung Pinang waters are waters with dense ship traffic but the waters in the town of tanjung pinang is not well-ordered. So many accidents on the waterways including the shipwreck and impingement between ships. Based on this needs to be made secure shipping flow design. The purpose of this final project will do is to be able to guarantee safety on the ship to do a cruise in Tanjung pinang in particular from the territory of Pelantar 1 to the Port Cargo of stone 6. For the design of the Groove cruise will be conducted the survey hydro-oseonografi in advance to obtain the bathymetry data, ocean currents and tides sea water. Who then will resume processing of survey results and data will then be determined a safe Groove for sailing ships. The end result of this final project in the form of a map with a scale of 1: size of 2,000 is expected later in the day can be used as a guide to ships traveling in the waters of tanjung pinang so avoid accidents-accidents that do not desired.
