Abstract

The role of PT. PELNI crew ships on the passangers’ safety and comfortability Ship is one of the most affordable means of transportation for all Indonesian across islands. The government repubilc of Indonesia had provide ship PT. PELNI. PT. PELNI is a national shipping company providing marine transportation services, including transporting passangers and across island in Indonesia. PT. PELNI is organized BUMN that prioritizes passangers’ safety and comfortability. The purpose of this study is to know the role of PT. PELNI crew ships on the passangers’ safety and comfortability. Methods of data collection used field research methods that use observation and interview techniques and literature study methods. The result of this study is role of PT. PELNI crew ships on the passangers’ safety and comfortability is very good, friendly and discipline PT. PELNI to passengers made passangers comfortable when boarded on board of PT. PELNI.
