Abstract

Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Organizational Culture are three factors that are highlighted as influencing variables in employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of three independent variables of Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2) Organization Culture (X3) on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang to pay attention to the performance of existing employees at this time, to further improve the performance of employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang should pay attention to Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Organizational Culture employees so that employees can work with the maximum. Data collected in the research using questionnaire method was done on 100 respondents with simple random sampling method with weighting of statement value using Likert scale 1 up to 5, This research use independent variable that is Work Discipline (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Organizational Culture X3) to the dependent variable Employee Performance as the dependent variable (Y). While the analysis is done by data processing using SPSS version 23.0 for windows. The technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is partially positive influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance (t count 3.971> t table 1,9849), Work Motivation on Employee Performance (titung 2,212> ttabel 1,9849), Organizational Culture on Employee Performance (t count 4,614> t table 1,9849).
