Abstract

Loading and unloading is one of the activities undertaken in the process of forwarding (Delivery) of goods. What is meant by loading activities is the process of moving goods from warehouses or factories, raising and piled on the ship, while the unloading activity is the process of removing goods from the ship and then arrange them in the warehouse provided by the port / stockpille. While the bulk goods are divided into two types, namely dry bulk goods and liquid bulk goods. The meaning of dry bulk goods is goods in the form of solid grains or shaped grains such as coal, iron ore, planted, flour, fertilizer, and others. While liquid bulk goods are goods in the form of liquid, such as palm oil, crude oil, chemicals, and others. The process of discharge of bulk cargo, especially urea, often experience delays, this will decrease the effectiveness of work so as to cause harm both time and material. This situation often occurs and experienced by employees when working on board the MV. GOLDEN OCEAN. Key Word : Loading and Unloading, acceleration of process loading and unloading
