Abstract
Agency activities are an important element used by ship owners who do not have branch offices or relations at the port will potentially be anchored, therefore the agents involved are important to achieve mutualism symbiosis between shipowners and agency companies. As one of the agency companies in the Indonesian port of PT.Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna Cilacap is punched by the owner of the ship to make the smooth entry of the ship on the cilacap ship. PT.Pelayaran Bahtera was opened with the aim of serving ships entering the Cilacap vessel starting from the ship entering the Tanjung Tanjung Diamond Boat (Clearence In) to the out of the cilacap (Clearence Out). Based on data collection carried out during terrestrial practice (PRADA) the author uses several methods used in the method of observation, interviews, and document analysis, these results are obtained: agency activities will run smoothly that can be accessed by agents who can work with those related to and related to unexpected factors that can inhibit.
