Abstract

Indonesia as the largest archipelagic country in the world with an area of ± 5.8 million square kilometers (km2), connecting 17,667 small islands is very high risk on the safety of shipping. In Indonesia, the accident rate on the vessel is quite high and the safety level for the cruise is minimal especially when the vessel. One means of supporting the safety of shipping through the installation of Sailing Navigation Support Facility (SBNP). Given the safety of shipping because in every number of shipping accident numbers in Indonesia is increasing.
