Abstract
World cruise until the present is very important, where cruising is very influence for sea transport, both for the transport of people, goods delivery and so forth, on the other hand to sail well needed service of the vessel in which to take care of the need for the ship that ship agent. In a shipping agency in PT. PelayaranIntiInternasionalan agent tasked to clearance in and clearance out the ship when the ship came and ship out of the harbor, as well as perform a service of what is needed by the vessel, such as charging freshwater, extension documents ships are almost dead and another –other In the process of clearance in and clearance out, an agent must submit a written request, either mail the arrival of the ship, a letter of application if the movement of ships, a letter of application loading / unloading of dangerous goods, letter of application for the approval of sailing, and others, were aimed both for KSOP, PT. PELINDO, Quarantine, PBM, and others. In doing duty ship agency ibstansi relevant agencies such as the Harbormaster's Office and the Port Authority (KSOP) which is responsible for managing all activities at the port, PT. PELINDO charge of providing facilities at ports, stevedoring company in charge of loading and unloading of goods on board, quarantine in the service filings made by PT.
