Abstract
The Importance of Implementing Management in The Ship KMP. SIGINJAI Karimunjawa The sea transportation safety and security system in indonesia not run optimally. There are still frequent accident to natural factor and to human factor and lack of anderstanding of the work system. Ship are the most widely used mean of water transportation in the sea and rivers, so the ship plays a role important for the aconomy af a nation in advancing the country. The exitence of a ship is cartainly never separated from the risk of a ship accident. By providing an understanding of in the importance of work safety and providing training. So that an understanding of safety prosedure make peaple aware of the use of work safety tools, maintenance of work equipment, understanding work patterns, and working environment conditions. The purpose of this paper is to find out how importance the rolr of safety management in KMP vessels SIGINJAI Karimun jawa. In the paper, the author use observation and intervew technique and also use the library methot. Keywords : application, management, safety on boat.
