Abstract
Traffic accidents are the main cause of death for with various, ranked tenth the cause of all the death and ninth as a key contributor global death. Scene traffic accidents in the world every year as many as 1.24 million people equivalent to 3.397 people every day. While traffic accident in Kabupaten Blitar is still very high which reached 288 incident to 2015 and were dominated by motorcycles. The formulation of a problem, purposes and hypotheses on this research is to analyzed the influence of independent variables between namely the concentration of the rider, vehicle condition, environment faktor and characteristic the road against namely dependent variable factor traffic accident .On this research object taken are users of Srengat Blitar street. Data covering a source of primary and secondary data. Sample on this research is 100 respondents who was the user Srengat Blitar street. A technique used is tekhniknon-probability sampling with incidental of sampling, that is a technique the sample collection based on chance, namely anyone who incidentally met with researchers can use as samples. Keywords : The Riders, Vehicle Condition, Environment faktor , Characteristic Of The Street, The Traffic Accidents.
