Abstract

Duty is everything with concerned the affairs of the work of the term was in charge if work. Watch is in charge of guarding safety and security petrol. The implementation of the cargoes distribution must be follow the prosedures units the purpose to avoid damage of cargo well in of claim for the damage to charge. In order to smoothly activities of cargoes distribution. We need a good quality of human resources, In this case the crew are very important, they had to carry out his work in accordance with the seaman ship skill. The crew must be responsible for work hour according the watch schedule. The performances as weel as the success rate of the ship’s crew in running the task at the time pocked in the harbour influenced by several factors.Those are partly knowledge of understanding of the crew about the international regulations according to the international STCW 78/89 and the responbility of the crew and run the duty of watch keeping during vessel on sailing. The second well factor is influencing the level of produktive them in doing the entire job above the ship. The purpose of these papers are to find out how we carry out the duty of watch keeping during ship on sailing in accordance with the procedure.. The perfect solution is to apply the duty on the ship with the following rule of STCW-2010 and ISPS Code as references like take care of the sea . Keyword : Watch Kepping, ISPS CODE, KM.
