Abstract

Supervision of Class III KSOP In Realizing Efforts Safety, Security and Order as well as Ships Sea in the Port of /Pertamina TBBM Sambu Island Oversight tasks undertaken by a Syahbandar in order to regulate facilities and infrastructure implementation of sea transportation operations is very important. A Syahbandar in his duty must also ensure awareness of the users of sea transport services such as companies, ship owners, crew to obey the laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to know how Responsibility Syahbandar In Order to Improve Safety, Security and Order And Should Ocean On Ships. Based on the use of literature research methods concluded that the purpose of writing this paper to find out how far responsibility syahbandar very important because the safety and security of shipping is already a duty. The responsibilities of the port office and the port authority are very important because the safety and security of the voyage is already his duty. The actions it undertakes are in order to enhance the oversight, safety, security, order and sea-level of the vessel on matters relating to the voyage. The safety and security of shipping is a very important factor to support the smoothness of sea transportation and prevent accidents in which the establishment of the shipping line is intended to ensure the safety and security of shipping through the corridor for ships sailing across the waters followed by marking for the danger of navigating. Key words: Supervision of Class III KSOP In Realizing Efforts Safety, Security and Order as well as Ships Sea in the Port.
