Abstract
This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Work Discipline, Motivation, and Communication on Employee Performance at the Tanjung Emas Port 1 Port Authority Authority Office Semarang This research was conducted on KSOP Semarang employees as samples. Data collection was carried out through Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS V.22 application program. Based on the results of multiple research and analysis the equation is produced: Y = 1,944 + 0,326 X1 + 0,315 X2 + 0,194 X3 + μ The sample of this study were 100 respondents and the technique used was Simple Random Sampling. The analytical method used was descriptive and quantitative analysts. Multiple linear regression analysis includes: Test of validity and reality, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing through t test, and determination coefficient Thus the results of the study show that the Work Discipline (X1), Motivation (X2) and Communication (X3) that have been examined proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the determination coefficient test adjust R square value of 0.676 means 67.6% in influencing employee performance (Y) while other factors that affect employee performance are (100% -67.6%) = 32.4% So, the remaining 32 , 4% of variables that were not invited in this study.
