Abstract
The performance and level of success of the officers in the work is determined by several factors. The main factors that influence the productivity of workers on the vessel are their fitness factors and comfort in performing onboard jobs. The exsistence of obstacles to the two factors substantially affect the level of ship productivity and the company has also occurred in the author ship. This is what will be expressed in a paper entitled "The Procedure of Arrangement of Payload In hold as Effort to Optimize Cargo For Full And Down At KM. Indotim ". This paper is written in chapters that will explain and formulate the problems that occur in the implementation of loading on a ship. For that required a wide range of knowledge that one of them to maximize the load like Full And Down. Including how the loading procedure in the hold hatches so as to achieve maximum loading space, and how the efforts of the ship masters to protect and ensure the security and integrity of goods during the voyage including the security of ships, crew and how Can be reciprocated to recipients quickly and securely. The author will try to describe what happened on the ship where the author performs the practice of sailing in connection with the procedure of structuring this content thoroughly and in detail about the arrangement and security of the charge. Key words : Arrangement, Cargo, Hold, Full And Down.
