Abstract
Loading and unloading procedures and handling of rice in the MV. Mandiri Enam By PT. EMKL Wahyu Mandiri. Understanding of export procedures and loading rice through the Naval Sea Cargo services (EMKL) PT. EMKL Wahyu Mandiri Semarang. So that it can be seen that the proper export procedures in accordance with government regulations and acceptable in the world of international trade. It also discussed the documents-what documents are required in exporting to various countries. Observation of an object that is implemented at PT. EMKL Wahyu Mandiri Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained by direct observation or observation, through interviews of employees working in the part relating to the issues discussed, secondary data obtained from documents-company documents, and books-books related to problems. Export and loading procedures are carried out by PT. EMKL Wahyu Mandiri Semarang began with the publication of Shipping Instruction, followed by booking space, stuffing, processing of documents and terminated by the submission of documents to the exporter. For documents-documents that are used include: Shipping Instruction, booking confirmation, packing list, invoice, Export Service Note (NPE), Export Declaration (PEB), Bill of Lading (B/L). As for related parties include: Sea Cargo Ship (EMKL), Exporters, Shipping line, Customs and Excise.To unload the ship rice from there steps that must be done. As the filling of PPKB to the PPSA and then after the ship docked Operations examination and after completion of all services performed rice unloading from a ship to a truck fleet. At the time of loading on ocean pier 01, using tools including ship cranes, grabs, hoppers, truck, whelloader, excavators and forklifts.
