Abstract
Operational handling is a way or action done by crew on board to prevent the occurrence of oil spill at sea. So as a crew we must know the procedures and responsibilities in the prevention of oil spills so as not to spill the oil caused by the operational activities on the vessel. Not only is the equipment provided by the company to the ship (crew ship) must meet the requirements and feasible use for the implementation of the ship on the prevention of oil spills at sea can work well according to the procedure.
