Abstract
’’OPTIMALISASI PEMBUATAN PASSAGE PLAN DI MV. KARISMA DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KESELAMATAN NAVIGASI ALUR PELAYARAN SEMPIT’’ There are many possibilities that caused ship accidents. The safetyness of a voyage is a state where all the safety requirements and the security on sea transport, port, and marine environment are fulfilled. Passage plan is one of the most important factor of the safety, security and smoothness of a voyage, especially on narrow channels. Passage plan become an important factor on entering narrow channels because it can identifyproblems or the danger. When a ship is about to enter or while passing the narrow channels.The purpose of this study is to optimalze the making of passage plan on MV. Karisma owned by PT. Nusa Tenggara and its effect on the navigational safety an narrow channels. The date collecting methods used ware library research and field research using observation and interview technique. The result of this studyon the optimalisationof the making of passage plan on MV. Karisma owned by PT.
