Abstract
The role of PT. Pelindo III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Semarang Branch Towards Handling Access To Unloading Goods From and To The Ship When Backrest At The Port The purpose of the writer to compiling this scientific paper is to know and understand the role of PT. Pelindo III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Semarang Branch for handling loading and unloading access. In loading and unloading access there is a loading and unloading information system. The loading and unloading information system acts as a means of providing information on loading and unloading activities carried out at the semarang container terminal. To implement the system, first an information system analysis is carried out using the waterfall method. The results of the analysis carried out, it is known that the required system is a system that can carry out loading and unloading data, loading and unloading information, documentation of loading and unloading activities at the semarang container terminal.
