Abstract
Increasingly competitive transportation companies require employers to always be aware of community needs for better transportation facilities, and also improve the quality of their services so that people are interested in using transportation products offered by transportation companies entrepreneurs. The population in this research is passenger bus PO Efisiensi Cilacap Yogyakarta destination with total sample 90 passengers with sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of research is descriptive quantitative by using primary data source that is questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit a model that includes statistical test t, F statistical test and coefficient of determination (R2). Where the variables of passenger loyality (Y), service quality (X1), price (X2) and fasilities (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on passenger loyality as a dependent variable. Then through the F test shows that the variable of service quality, price and fasilities simultaneously have a significant effect on passenger loyality. The Adjusted R Square number of 0.562 indicates that 56.2 percent of passenger loyality variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 43.8 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: passenger loyality, service quality, price, fasilities
