Abstract
This writing aims to determine the protection and safety of work on board: a normative review. This writing is writing normative law. The results of the writing indicate that the implementation of legal protection of labor on board or crew based on the form of protection, can be seen in terms of sea work agreements, if viewed from the legal protection of labor at sea in relation to the risk of danger at sea it does not reflect definite legal certainty .
