Abstract
Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as Motivation, Leadership and Workload. Of the three have an important role in improving performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the influence of motivation factors, leadership and workload on employee performance in PT. Pelayaran Dasa Karindo Utama Semarang either partially or simultaneously. In this research, the research population is employees of PT. Pelayaran Dasa Karindo Utama Semarang with sampling number of 100 respondents (samples). The variables of this study consist of: Independent variables of Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) and Workload (X3) as well as Dependent Variables Employee Performance (Y). Data collection method used by questionnaire method. Results Analysis with statistical tools SPSS v.22 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.674 + 0.308.X1 + 0.394.X2 + 0.217.X3 + μ. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence individually or partially between the motivation on employee performance (t count 3.990> t table 1.98447), Leadership on Employee Performance (t count 4.542> t table 1,98447) and Load Work on employee performance (t count 2,493> t table 1,98447). And the influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 54.6% on employee performance and 45.4% influenced by variables not detected in this study.
