Role In The Preparation Of Container Ship Planner On Board MV.Sinar Solo By PT.Samudera Indonesia branch of Semarang The purpose of writing this Essay is to determine the role of the planner in the preparation of a container ship on the boat. The method used in the writing of scientific writing is literature, observation or direct observation and interviews. An important role in the preparation container ship planner on board is very important because nowadays often found wreck the ship sank due to the instability of the cargo on board, so that the ship tilted and resulted in the sinking ship. Followed with the changing times and the many requests daily basic needs, by using a container or shipping container that's effective and efficient value. The steps that must be done first by ship planner in the preparation container on board by asking Container Manifest Summary (CMS) to the shipping company, and still consider Dangerous List, Reefer List, and the Special Request List, after the ship planner can immediately make plan preparation container on board with making Stowage Plane and ends with proposed to the chief officer, if the chief officer approved the container can be directly loaded. But if not, that ship should planner revisions me back stowage plane and refiled. Documents are in need of them; Manifest, Shipping Instruction, Dangerous List, Reefer List, Container Manifest Summary, and Stowage Plane.
