Abstract
This paper discusses the procedures for loading and unloading tankers by the airport and port authorities. This research discusses further about how the system and procedures for ship and goods services to realize the smooth functioning of port service users have increased on the Sambu Island Class III Kesyahbandaran office. The land practice learning process is carried out within a period of four months starting from September 2018 until January 2019. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Service Procedures for Tanker Ship Unloading Activities by Class III Port Authority and Port Authority Office Sambu Island. This research uses descriptive type, with the method of checking the completeness of ship documents. This type of data is obtained directly through the ship agency that has been prepared by the company in order to assist in the process of arranging ship documents when the ship arrives at the port or when the ship departs from the port and regarding the process before carrying out tanker loading and unloading activities. The results of this study indicate that it is important to carry out the service of loading and unloading of tankers. Keywords: Services, Loading and unloading ship, Tanker ship, Syahbandar
