Abstract
MFR (Medical Fisrt Responder) is a safety factor is the most important thing in various fields of work. Regardless of the safety factor and equality of the victim's handling, a job will be possible to encounter a problem that may lead to a new problem, both mild and fatal that can claim lives, cause property loss or damage the environment. Statistical data revealed that 80% of all accidents that have occurred caused by human error due to not understand how the handling of casualties. From the foundation the author wants to tell how the introduction of first aid, obligations MFR, Chain to the safety etc in order to increase knowledge and insight about how first aid and what is done in the handling of casualties at sea.
