Abstract
In this study has a purpose to know the analysis of factors that affect employee performance at the Department of Transportation Sragen regency. In this study the object taken is an employee at the Department of Transportation Sragen regency. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The samples in this research are 71 respondents of employees of Transportation Department of Sragen Regency. Data collection is done by observation method, Library Study, Interview, Documentation, and Questionnaire. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique by first tested through questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and test of classical assumption (autokorelasi, heterokedastisitas, multikolinearitas, and normality). Results of analysis with statistical tools SPSS V. 23 program obtained multiple linear regression equation: Y = 0.725 + 0.346.X1 + 0.292.X2 + 0.433.X3 + μ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that Working Experience Variable (X1) has tcount 4,374 and ttable equal to 1,9949 hence, H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Working Environment Variable (X2) has tcount equal to 4,080 and ttable equal to 1,9949 hence, H0 refused and Ha accepted. Variables Professional (X3) has tcount of 5,579 and ttabel equal to 1,9949 hence H0 refused and Ha accepted. Keywords: Working Experience, Working Environment, Professional, Employee Performance.
