Abstract
A communication system is a set of hardware and software designed to transfer information from one location to another location. Communication systems are use to do a conversation indirectly or directly between someone with another person, a person with a team, or a team with a team. In Search and Rescue Team operating communication takes very important role. The purpose of this study is to know about The Procedure And Mechanism of Communication System In Order To Facilitate The Operation Of Search And Rescue Victims In Marine Accident (Water Rescue) By Search And Rescue Team (SAR) Bandung. The data collecting method used was methods of data collection either by observation, interview, and library research as well as direct observation in the office of BASARNAS Bandung. The result this study is in the rescue procedure, there is a lot of equipment to be considered and prepared effectively and in the best possible, in order to facilitate the course of rescue operations, the skills and techniques of communication ruled by rescuers into In order to make a planned rescue, in the communication techniques of procedures and mechanisms should be considered effectively thereafter, the process of relief and rescue of victims will be in accordance with Expectation, because a well-organized communication system can achieve maximum goals.
