Abstract
passenger satisfaction is influenced by various factors such as services, ticket prices and facilities. All three have an important role in influencing passenger satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of ticket service and facilities at KM. Bukit Raya partially. The sample in this study 90 respondents who are passengers ship KM. Bukit Raya sampling using inclusive sampling. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the analysis obtained regression equation as follows: Y = 0,542 + 0,195X1 + 0,197X2 + 0,468X3 + μ From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting passenger satisfaction is a facility with a regression coefficient of 0.468 And test R2 (Adjusted R Square) obtained results of 0.539 or 53.9% which means that passenger satisfaction is influenced by service variables, and passenger satisfaction. Namely at 53.9% and other factors that affect passenger satisfaction of 46.1% such as service quality, promotion, comfort and more ..
