Abstract

Passenger interest is influenced by various factors including facilities, services, promotions and ticket prices. The four have an important role in influencing passenger interest. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of facilities, services, promotions and ticket prices on KM. Lawit partially. Samples in this study 80 respondents who were passengers of KM ships. Lawit sampling using random sampling. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the analysis, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = -1,051 + 0,264X1 + 0,416X2 + 0,183X3 + 0,189X4 + μ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing passenger interest is service with a regression coefficient of 0.416. And the test R2 (Adjusted R Square) obtained results of 0.716 or 71.4%, which means that the interest of passengers is influenced by variable facilities, services, promotions, ticket prices and passenger interest. That is 71.4% and other factors that influence passenger interest, which is 28.6%. Keywords: facilities, services, promotions, ticket prices and Passenger Interest
