Abstract
In Prapat Kurung Depot, many activities are carried out such as repair, stuffing in and stripping in, it takes several ways to support activities in Prapat Kurung Depot more optimally. After the writer made an observation, the writer wanted to know the flow of stuffing in and stripping in, structuring the contents in the container, the documents needed, and the obstacles encountered during the process of stuffing in and stripping in. With that in mind, the resolution of the problem in terms of impeded the process of stuffing inside and stripping in with the use of heavy equipment, the use of labor from the PBM, and the addition of safety to the load in completing the process of stuffing inside and stripping inside is a support in the smooth loading or unloading of goods from or into container. The performance of containers as a system with many variables that influence it, can be analyzed using qualitative methods that produce descriptive data in the form of people in accordance with the position or concerned and use data in the form of an object approach through observation, interviews directly with the subject and using documents and data relating to deep stuffing and stripping activities. So the place or field facilities and the performance of heavy equipment or laborers are expected to maximize the process of deep stuffing and stripping so that the specified time is completed.
