Abstract
PT. Varia Usaha Bahari Tuban branchof stevedoring company engaged in the loading and unloading of bulk cargo. PT. Varia Usaha Bahari the new branch in responsible for providing service delivery unloading of bulk and bulk cargo from the hold the ship to land transport or to stroge. Equipment – heavy equipment is needed for demolition activities of bulk cargo in the ship can run fast, precise and eaiser. PT. Varia Usaha Bahari also has a procedure that has been set fpr the loading of bulk service, for service dismantling can be perfomed well and fast in ter, processing of document when the ship began leaning to the completion of the demolition. The system service procedure loading and ship documents have been completed. After the document have been completed adminidtrered permission from the the parties concerened to make the process of adminidtred permission permission from the parties concerned to make the process of dismantling it, servicing the unloading can be directly done quickly, from start activity cargodoring, receiving/delivery un the process of delivery of cargo to the warehouse. PT. Varia Usaha Bahari works with companies EMKL namely PT. Varia Usaha Dharma Segara which is a partner in doing the work loading cargo truck belonging EMKL, until the unloading of the service proces by PT. Varia Usaha Bahari completed. For loading and Dry bulk Clinker is certainly not run smoothly, delays in processing goods have not been timely and lack of coordination in the loading process.
