Abstract

This study has a purpose to study Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Motivation and Competence Against the Department of Transportation Housing and Settlement Area Karanganyar District. This research was conducted on employees of the Office of Transportation Housing and Settlement Area Karanganyar as a sample. The data were collected using Observation method, Library Study, Interview, Documentation and Cluster. Technical analysis of Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS V.22 program. By result of research and multiple analysis result formula: Y = 2,701 + 0,721 X1 + 0,198 X2 + 0,194 X3 + 0,190 X4 μ Pointing that, based on empirical facts and multiple regression results indicate that the organizational culture variable (X1) has t arithmetic equal to 2,874 and t table 1,998 then, Ho and Ha accepted. Variable Work Discipline (X2) has t count 2,162 and ttabel equal to 1,998 then, Hobalik and Ha accepted. Motivation Variables Work (X3) has t arithmetic 2.091 and t table 1.998 then, Ho print Ha accepted. Competitive Variable (X4) has t count 2.062 and t table 1.998 then, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results showed that the organization, work discipline, work motivation, and positive and significant loyalty to the performance of employees of the Department of Transportation Housing and Settlement Area Karanganyar District.
