Abstract
Transportation of shipping agency is increasing as demand for economic commodities that occur in global markets. Of course, the voyage must include ports in the economic optimization. Qualitative research aims to explain the phenomenon in depth through the collection of data as deep. Researching and explaining descriptively about the management undertaken., Based on the papers conducted on in-depth interviews, the method of observation, the method of questioning and literature review it can be seen the measurement indicators: set the standards seen, set according to procedural, measuring the performance found still need to be optimized from the firmness of the executor in carrying out the task of service ships as well as delayed obstacles influenced by external factors.
