Abstract

One factor that influences the success rate of an organization is employee job satisfaction. Efforts to improve employee satisfaction, especially the job satisfaction of loading and unloading employees are the working environment, work safety and health. This study aims to analyze whether there is an individual positive influence between independent variables, namely the work environment, occupational health and occupational health on the devendent variables of employee job satisfaction loading and unloading in the Tanjung Emas port of Semarang. The sample of this study was 66 respondents, namely loading and unloading workers at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is produced Y = 0,654+ 0,340 X1 + 0,290 X2 + 0,440 X3 + µ The results of multiple regression research showed that there was a positive influence partially on the work environment on employee job satisfaction (tcount 4,195> t table 1,998), work safety towards employee job satisfaction (t count 3,935> t table 1,998) and occupational health to employee job satisfaction (tcount 5,574> t table 1.998). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation value adjusted R2 = 0.724. Keywords: work environment, work safety, occupational health and job satisfaction
