Abstract
This research analyze effect of service quality, the characteristic of passangers, and price to the purchase decisions of ticket Electrical Railways Train (Commuter Line) Jabodetbek directions Kemayoran-Tangerang . This research explain the factors that affect to purchase decision. Those factors service quality, the characteristic of passangers, and price. The data used in this research is primary data that obtained from result of the deployment of questioner which are filled by an passanger of Electrical Railways Train (Commuter Line) Jabodetabek. The object of this research is an passanger of Electrical Railways Train (Commuter Line) Jabodetabek. The population in this research is an passanger Electrical Railways Train (Commuter Line Jabodetabek) and used incendential sampling technique the sample based on chance to meet researchers used as samples and used regression analysis. A result of the regression analysis and t test that the variable service quality (X1) is positive and significant of to the purchase decision (Y), characteristic of passangers (X2) is positive and significant to the purchase decision (Y), price (X3) is positive and significant to the purchase decision (Y) Coefficient of determination result (R2 = 0,531) that means 53.1%, the coefficient of the variables service quality, the characteristic of passangers, and price to the purchase decisions 53,1% while the rest (100% - 53,1% = 46,9%) influenced other variables outside the research.
