Abstract

The Role Of Beautiful Janata Marina Indah ( JMI ) Semarang In Improving Ship Maintenance Plan In An Effort To Maintain Sea Worthy Of A ship In the operationnof of ship, it is essential to have a system that regulate the maintenance of the main parts of the ship. This is necessary to avoid the problems that can inhibit the ship performance, such as the breakdown in marchinery and so on. Moreover, a maintenance system that is done in a well-planned and regular manner can also ectend the life of the productivity of the ship. Matters related to the maintenance safety management code ( ISM code ). On that vasis, it becomes necessary to arrange a Plan Maintenance System ( PMS ) on a ship. In this case the components contained in the engine room of a 13601 DWT Bulk Carrier ship will be the object of research of the preparation of the maintenance system.
