Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang is a State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) engaged in port service activities. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang is tasked to provide Ship and Goods Services. There is already a dock facility called the ocean dock. In the dock is the place for the ship to lean so it can perform the loading of the load. Unloading of goods meruapakan movement from sea transportation mode to land transportation mode. From the experience of Midshipman cadets in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang see and pay attention to the demolition of Soya Bean Meal (SBM) at the ocean pier. To be able to dismantle Soya Bean Meal (SBM) from the ship there are stages to be done. Such as the submission of PPKB to PPSA then after the ship docked then done oprasional examination and after completion all newly done service pembngkaran Soya Bean Meal (SBM) from the ship to the builder warehouse through truck fleet. At the time of dismissal on the dock using tools such as ship cranes, grab, hopper, truck and loader. Barriers that often occur at the time of dismantling such as lack of truck fleet, weather or rain factors, and damage to the unloading tool. So in the process of dismantling Soya Bean Meal (SBM) need to be considered checking the tools and facilities unloaded carefully so that when the demolition does not occur obstacles that hamper.
