Abstract

This study aims to analyze how far the effect of production, GDP United States and rupiah’s exchange rate towards Indonesia's plywood exports to United States. The analytical tool used is linear regression analysis. The data of this study are time series because the data collected is from the year 2001-2015. The results of linear regression analysis that the production had no significant effect Indonesian’s plywood exports to United States, GDP United States significant and negative impact on Indonesia's plywood exports to United States and rupiah’s exchange rate of a significant and positive impact on Indonesia's plywood exports to United States is therefore in increasing the number of Indonesia's plywood exports to United States, the need for government intervention in policy making and tight control over illegal logging (illegal logging), smuggling of timber, replanting deforested and forest crops for industrial raw materials in order to keep the plywood is available, as exports and production are closely related to the availability of raw material for plywood.
