Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the working environment (X1), teamwork (X2), compensation (X3) and motivation (X4) on employee performance variable (Y). The object taken in this study is service users at PT. Jasco Logistics Semarang totaling 100 people. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression method using SPSS Version 22.0 program tool. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Teamwork has positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Compensation has positive and significant impact to Employee Performance and motivation have positive and significant influence to Employee Performance. Result of coefficient of variable Work environment, teamwork, compensation and motivation have influence to employee performance equal to 52,9% while the rest 47,1% influenced by other variable outside of research.
